Pricing Information and Investment
Buying an Erotic Image License may be one of the best decisions you will ever make. Our proven business model is very efficient and is designed to maximize return on investment. The cost of buying and operating an Erotic Image License varies with the economics of your area.

The cost of a low investment Erotic Image License is $29,900 with step up of the Erotic Image office ranging from $3,000- $5,000. When you come to Michigan for training, you will be provided other materials such as an operations manual, start up graphic designs, training and specialized training in the operation your office. Other costs that you may incur in opening your License include but may not be limited to, a lease, deposits on utilities, telephones, computers and pre-grand opening local advertising, all of which will be purchased from third party vendors. Since Erotic Image does not maintain an office in your state, you will also incur travel expenses to Michigan for training.


Royalties
Erotic Image charges a weekly License royalty that is not based on a percentage of gross revenues. We have established a ceiling off $10,000.00 that represents the maximum royalty that a Licensee would pay in a given year. We feel this is the most equitable approach for all Licensees since it insures that no one pays too much, but everyone at least pays something during your busy and or slow season.

The License royalty is $175 to 245.00 being the maximum weekly payment by a Licensee during your busy season and $50.00 to 95.00 being the minimum weekly payment during your slow season.

The License royalty maximum and minimum will be $10,000.00 annually and a royalty payment schedule will be calculated by the Licensee.


Profit with Low Overhead
An Erotic Image License can operate in a space as small as 200 square feet which keeps rent and other operating costs as low as possible. Payroll expenses are minimal since all entertainers are hired as independent contractors. A Licensee can hire a young person or student to handle sales calls that are based on performance driven commissions with a flat hourly rate for handling day to day operations. Other costs include renters insurance, party supplies and small miscellaneous office expenses.
